Adrien Treccani, Ph.D.
CEO & Co-Founder
Adrien founded METACO in 2015 and now serves as CEO. He is a leading software engineer specialised in high performance computing and financial engineering.
A PhD graduate of the Swiss Finance Institute where his doctoral thesis conducted a High-Frequency Jump Analysis of the Bitcoin Market, he has been an active member of the fintech community since 2012, and has advised numerous banks, hedge funds and associations on distributed ledger technology.
He lectures at the École Polytechnique de Fédérale de Lausanne and University of Lausanne in cryptography and the financial applications of blockchain and has been published in leading international peer-reviewed finance journals.
Adrien has co-authored the book ‘Blockchain and Distributed Ledgers: Mathematics, Technology, and Economics’, a detailed and self-contained introduction to the founding principles behind blockchain, DLTs and cryptocurrencies, for professionals operating in quantitatively-oriented fields such as mathematics, computer science, finance, economics, banking, and supply chain management.
Jessica More
Head of Staff
Jessica is Head of Staff at METACO, where she is responsible for the management of the HR and Administration departments. She also acts as a supervisor in the areas of finance and communication, and directly supports the Executive Board and Board of Directors.
Jessica has over ten years experience in HR, administration and analytical reporting at a management level for IT services companies. She previously worked as an Executive Assistant for the consulting group, Simalaya, which grew from 25 to 100 employees, and was acquired by IT consulting giant Sword Group. Jessica actively supported the operations side of this transition and led the administration of multiple units including payroll, invoicing, analytical reporting as well as directly assisting the Managing Director.
Andre Israel
Chief Operating Officer
Andre joined METACO in February 2021 and serves as COO. Responsible for customer delivery, support, and day to day operations, Andre’s expertise is in helping technology companies to scale.
Prior to joining METACO, Andre was Accenture’s Core Banking Lead. He is also former CEO of SOFGEN, a banking consultancy company which he led for 10 years, where together with the management team he grew the business six-fold.
Resident in Switzerland for the past three decades, Andre has significant experience in strategy formulation and execution, general management, business transformation and M&A. He holds a Bachelor of Business Science (Honours) degree from the University of Cape Town, South Africa, with a speciality in Computer Science.
Seamus Donoghue
VP STRATEGIC ALLIANCES
Seamus has extensive domain expertise in investment banking, wealth management, commodities and crypto markets that spans market structure, regulation and technology.
He spent 20 years building and managing trading operations across all the global financial centres with JP Morgan, Deutsche Bank, Barclays and Bank of America Merrill Lynch.
Since 2011 he has been active as a founder, leader, and investor in fintech and crypto projects including founding Allocated Bullion Solutions, an award winning open architecture technology platform for wholesale precious metals risk management and distribution automation, and as the Asia managing director of the Swiss digital asset exchange Lykke.

Vincent Bouzon
VP Engineering
Vincent is VP of Engineering at METACO. He has 10+ years experience in managing engineering teams across industries, including finance, health and security. This vast expertise has enabled him to create scalable environments to fit market needs. As a former developer, Vincent started his career at Arcan Systems, a leading Software as a Service (SaaS) company in the healthcare space. As CTO, he led the engineering team’s research and development, and then subsequently served as CEO, where he created and led the organization’s growth strategy. Prior to joining METACO, Vincent held senior positions at Up Group and Sodexo, two established money issuance companies delivering new payment methods. Vincent has been passionate about IT development and security since his childhood, which has transformed to a keen interest in cryptocurrency and distributed systems.

Craig brings over 25 years of experience within investment banking, extensively in sales and relationship management roles on a global basis.
Working closely with clients, to develop a strong track record in managing successful relationships and partnerships, Craig has undertaken senior roles based in Asia, USA, UK and Europe.
Craig has a wide expertise in Securities Services infrastructure, across multiple asset types, as well as Clearing, Global Custody, Client Management and leading the buying process as Head of Network Management.
Most recently Craig was based in New York and was responsible for the global sales strategy and the Americas region on behalf of Standard Chartered bank.

Cindy is Talent Acquisition Manager at METACO. As an experienced recruitment and HR manager, she is highly specialized in the acquisition of leading IT engineers.
With over six years of experience in recruitment, she previously worked for international consulting, services and software company, Sword, where she managed the recruitment, onboarding and mentoring processes for experienced engineers in the areas of software development and project management. Cindy graduated from L’Institut de Gestion Sociale (IGS) in Paris with a Master in Human Resources.
Dario Duran
Solution Architect
Dario joined METACO in April 2021 and serves as its Solution Architect, responsible for building and scaling the Business Solutions and Technology Infrastructure organizations.
Dario has recently assisted SIX Digital Exchange as Functional Head for Crypto@SIX. He was previously Director, Custody Storage & Transaction Banking at SEBA Bank, the Swiss challenger bank providing financial products and services focused on crypto currencies and digital assets. Before, he was part of the founding team and Head of Operations at Shift Cryptosecurity, an ETH spin-off providing a Swiss-made hardware wallet for cryptocurrencies.
He is a CISSP- and ITIL 4-certified cybersecurity and IT service management specialist, with expertise built over 20 years in various roles in private, investment and crypto banking, asset management and venture capital.
